Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal information Fine Pitch Design collects through this website, why, and what your rights are. Last updated 10 October 2026.
Who we are
Fine Pitch Design is a trading name of Applied AI Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17192679. Registered office: Eastwood, 29 Breach Lane, Leicester LE9 7FB. Applied AI Solutions Ltd is the controller of the personal information described here. You can contact us about privacy at [email protected].
What we collect
- Enquiries. If you use the enquiry form or email us, we receive your name (if you give it), your email address and whatever you write in your message.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic details of each request, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this site, and we ask you not to include it in your message.
How we use it
We use your enquiry details to reply to you and to discuss and scope the work you have asked about. Our lawful bases are our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business and, where you are asking about working with us, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising or add you to a mailing list.
Who handles it for us
We use a small number of service providers, who process information only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website, runs the enquiry form and routes our email.
- Microsoft, which provides our email service.
- Google Analytics, which measures how the site is used, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces used on this site. Your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address as a result.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need to deal with them. If you become a client, we keep our correspondence for the length of our work together and for as long afterwards as the law or our professional obligations require. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.
Cookies and analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how this website is used. If you accept, Google sets cookies in your browser and receives information about your visit, such as the pages you view, the type of device and browser you use and your approximate location. Nothing is loaded and no analytics cookies are set unless you choose Accept on the cookie banner.
You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is remembered in your browser. Apart from this, the website does not set cookies of its own.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, and ask for it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
